Lake Jackson and Florala City Park

Lake Jackson sits right on the Alabama–Florida state line, giving visitors the unusual chance to enjoy one lake in two states. The Florala side includes Florala City Park, walking areas, fishing spots, picnic areas, and some beautiful views across the water.

It’s an easy place to slow down, take photographs, watch the reflections under the cypress trees, and catch a sunrise or sunset. For Ghost Gramps, it’s the kind of peaceful roadside stop that proves an adventure doesn’t have to be loud to be worth remembering.
